 This
picture was taken when a bunch of the guys went on a picnic. In the front
of the wagon, in the natty cap, is Hugh. He is proud of his new baseball
glove. Perched next to Hugh is Bart. On the seat are Dell and Flossie.
In the back of wagon are Theodore, Freddy and Lawrence. In front of the
wagon are Salvatore, in the snazzy vest, Snowflake, Georgie and Gus the
Grizzley. The little girl to the left of the wagon is Sophie. She
thinks Gus wants to eat her baby doll, so she's always a little apprehensive
around Gus. Gus has a rough demeanor, but he always looks after the little
ones on outings. The pretty little bear on the far left is Sadie.

Some
of the guys like just hanging out in the garden. That's Travelin' Matt
on the bench to the left. He loves to travel and is waiting for the bus
to Bear Mountain. Next are June and Horatio. They love honey, but Horatio
has just spilled the honey jar (again!). The skunk next to the Adirondack
chair is Jerome. The Bears call him Stinky, but he doesn't seem to mind.
Fred and Ethel relax on their Adirondack chair when they are through with
their gardening for the day. Marvin is a Beach Bear and just loves reading
by the seashore.
